The predecessor of Qingdao Shuaichao Group Co., Ltd, Qingdao Agricultural Machinery Fittings Factory was established in 1968, which was re-named Qingdao Sitong Spring Factory in 1993, and was replaced by Qingdao Shuaichao Industry Co., Ltd in 1997. In July 2000, it was converted to nongovernmental business .After that, Shuaichao International Logistics Co., Ltd and Qingdao Shuaichao Plastic and Rubber Products Co., Ltd were established in August ,2001and in July ,2002 in succession.
