• It has advantages of both V-belt and flat-belt, soft tough, tight and efficient.
  All kinds of ribbed rubber belts produced by our company, have the advantages of wearability, good resistance to fatigue and keep a long life.
  Comparing with grouped V-belts, the load is distributed more evenly and the body of the belt is thinner and lighter. So the bending tension and the centrifugal force is smaller and so it can be used on smaller pulleys.
  Supposing the transmission power is the same, the width of ribbed belt can be smaller by 50%.
  The speed limit of ribbed belt is about 40m/s. The maximum transmission ratio is 1:37.
  It has also good resistance to fatigue. The carcase layer does not elongate under load of high power. So it can keep a long life span of using under adverse circumstances.
  It can be used for multi-axle power transmission with two directions and so it is suitable for high speed transmission of high power.
