The tester is able to conduct the check discharge test of battery pack and accurately detect the actual capacity of battery and search out the laggard or deteriorative cell in battery pack according to multiple discharge rates, during discharge, it shall perform the real-time monitoring of the voltage, discharge current, discharge capacity, discharge time of the battery pack and cell
◆ Functions
Online monitoring:
When the battery pack is under the state of online discharge, uniform charge, and floating charge, it could perform real-time monitoring for battery pack and cell; it includes whole pack voltage, cell voltage, whole charge/discharge current, whole pack charge capacity, whole pack discharge capacity;
Capacity test:
It could set up “discharge current” 、”discharge time” 、”discharge capacity” 、”whole pack off protection voltage” 、”cell off protection voltage” and parameters, the tester would automatically perform discharge function, and display discharge current、battery discharged capacity、whole pack voltage、cell voltage、discharge time and etc at real time; when battery pack reaches off discharge voltage setting value, off discharge capacity setting value, off discharge time setting value, any cell voltage is below off cell voltage setting value or manually stopping the operation could stop discharge test.
