Established in Nov. 1984, with 8 million RMB assets, 10000 sq. meter occupation, 2100 squire meter buildings of which 1500 sq meter working room, 55 staff and 5 engineers. Under the TQC system, we mainly produce the following ranges as aluminum cap for glass bottle, al-plastic cap, caps for oral liquid bottle, tamper evident cap (temper-evident) etc, with an annual outputs of 1 billion pieces, gained a good reputation in domestic sales. For the principle of Quality First, we take after-sale service as important as the expansion of sales, and to improve our quality with all information from our customers.
Quality control: at the end of 2001, we qualified the standard of National Drugs Supervision Administration Bureau, and were awarded the Certificate of Pharmaceutical Packing Material and Container. The entire TQC system keeps our quality with advanced testing instruments introduced from Japan, and TQC goes from raw material through the whole production.
Production management: production to be done strictly in accordance with National Standard as GB5197.1?GB5197.2?GB5198.1?GB5198.2?GB/T14803-93, to produce different caps separately, and only trained and certified staff with health certificate qualified for the work.
Storage and transportation: all warehouse operated with strict sanitary management principle, with qualified lighting and ventilation system, and good transportation situation, only 8 km to the harbor, 7 km to the railway station, 20 km to the airport, and the factory owns automobile transportation team for providing trans service to keep the safety of the cargo.
