Sizes should be no smaller than 512MB, and can be as large as you can supply. Willing to buy in batches of 50-100 for trial purposes, and will then adjust purchase amount to suit demand. There are many potential customers in my region because they all own mobile phones, digital cameras, Pocket PCs / PDAs, and all these devices require memory cards.
