We're searching a foregin company able to do T slotted cast iron floor plates. The floor plates must have: 1) A height of the floor plates of 300 and 350 mm (with a loading capacity on the plates of about 15 and 25 tons / square meter) 2) A width of 1500 and 2000 mm 3) A length that goes from 1000 to 7000 mm (consider an increase of the length of modulus 500 mm) 4) They must be equipped with little columns under the plates, little covers and elements of lifting 5) A possible predisposition to link the floor plates As material consider G25 DIN. About the machining works of the plates consider: 1) A finished surface of the plates according to DIN 876 / II 2) 22 T slots H11 or 28 T slots H11 DIN 650 (consider the slots are in general longitudinal with a distance between each other of 250 mm and from the sides of 125 mm 3) Machining works to link the single plates side by side Consider a quantity of about 50 tons / month.
