Please note that as we are not the buyer so that we cannot issue loi or bcl. Also those who wants loi and bcl are not the directe seller and according to me they are also broker or trader like us. So those who have own yards and stock in their yards please proceed with their offers. We work on simple process as under, 1. Seller forward price with validity of 7 international working days, delivery period and pictures. 2. We the trader will forward the same to our direct buyer by adding just US $5 / = pmt for us. 3. Once seller confirms the offer then buyer will provide Proform Invoice on the name of Trader (for us) and the Trader will forward to the buyer. The validity for Profroma invoice should also be 7 international working days. 4.
