    EPS Batch Pre-expander and Continuous Pre-expander, Fluidized Beds
    Main features:
    1.EPS beads enter the fluidized beds (optional) through charging material and expansion , then go into the aging silo through transporting fan to finish their auto –cycle expansion.
    2. feeding system includes the first and second feeders.
    3. Photoelectric switch controls the level of material in the auto-feeder of negative pressure to realize auto feeding (optional).
    4. Foam twice or thrice (optionally) after EPS material’s once pre-expanding. For those factories whose annual output of EPS material below 2000t, only one JF-1600C batch pre-expander is necessary to pre-expand heavy & light material simultaneously, which meets the production requirement, improves the production efficiency and saves space & energy.

    5.With PLC programmable controller and touch screen to control the whole working procedure automatically；
    6、Efficient screw conveyor and electronic weighing device attach to the expansion chamber；
    7、With closed expansion chamber and pressure sensor control technology to realize stable foaming pressure；
    8、Expansion chamber temperature is controlled by temperature sensor and valve positioner，ensuring accurate temperature control；
    9、Vibrating switch control material level to get accurate density，density tolerance less than±2%；
    10、Stainless steel Fluidized Bed Drier keeps inside temperature around 70℃.
